Restrictions

Smoking is prohibited within the Motorhome
Minimum hire period - one week
Collection & return day - penalty for late return = £20 per hour      
No refund is given for the early return of the Motorhome
No pets allowed

                                   
Requirements of the hirer

1.  Shall provide a full and valid driving licence and utility bill to confirm current address of each driver prior to hire.

2.  Shall not carry more passengers than the seating capacity of the vehicle or allow the vehicle to be overloaded.

3.  Shall not use the vehicle for carrying passengers or goods for hire or reward.

4.  The hirer will be responsible to White Arches Motorhomes for the cost of making good any damage caused to the vehicle inside or out by improper use.

5.  The hirer and any named drivers must be over 21 and under 75 years old, and have held a Full Driving Licence for a minimum of two years.

6.  Understands that he/she is responsible for any fines (including parking fines) which may be incurred during the hire period.

7.  Will notify White Arches Motorhomes of any intention to remove the Motorhome from the UK.

8.  No claim will be considered in respect of any loss or damage to personal belongings owned by the hirer.

9.  The Chemical Toilet must be returned emptied by the hirer before the return of the Motorhome. A £30 fee will be charged if this is not adhered to.
